You didn't say which OS or which audio your version of squeezelite nor
which build options have been chosen  - more info always give better
answers.

If you are building for linux there won't be much difference between arm
and i686 or any cpu architecture as differences will be in system
libraries and they will always be installed.

Squeezelite has a number of compile time options which enables you to
include only the code you require(e.g. Portaudio vs Alsa, support ffmpeg
for WMA, support libsoxr for resampling). What build options are chosen
defines functionality but also the dependencies change.

If you are building your own version - you will also need to install the
development version of the libraries.
