I've updated the install images for cubox, wandboard quad, wandboard
dual and raspberry pi to match the changes made to the cubietruck last
week.

The main change of these installers are:
- use of ext4 filesystem rather than ext2 which should be more robust to
power off without shutting down gracefully
- some tuning inspired from soundcheck's posts
- addition of progress web page during portions of the install process
not previously seen
The install process works as follows:
- installer image boots and displays a web page asking for agreement to
terms
- installation phase 1 - installer image downloads arch linux components
onto sdcard and reboots
- installation phase 2 - device boots and updates arch components, then
downloads and builds and installs soa applications, then reboots
- device should now be running soa
You should now see a web page during both installation phase 1 and
installation phase 2, after this you then see the full soa web page at
the final reboot. At present you need to refresh the web browser to see
each web page after a reboot. Depending on your router you may also see
the ip address of the device changing between phases.
