That log message has level "INFO" - the usual default logging level is
ERROR so it suggests logging has been enabled.

I'd first suggest compare the LMS processing of the stream being sent to
each Touch to see if there is a difference such as extra processing. 
This can be done by LMS enabling logging player.source to INFO and
player.streaming to INFO.  Compare actions by LMS for each player when
asked to play same file  - you only need to look at stream startup.
