How many instances of stuttering ? If there the PC is only streaming to player - the number of segments retansmitted is small but if nothing else was happening (i.e. no start ups or shutdowns or disconnection of other devices talking to PC) the number of retransmitted is a bit higher that I'd expect. I still don't like the transcoding - it's not normal for a 44.1/16 bit flac file unless supporting the USB DAC has something to do with it but I can't see why is PC transcoding flac to flac ??.
