It's not so much that there is something wrong with the packages you
have installed, rather that they are "older" than the ffmpeg version I
am using, and there has been code added to a later version that resolves
the problems you are having. I am using ffmpeg version 2.4.8 and this is
what I quickly tested the Polskie wma streams with. They worked fine for
me.
