Hi Everyone, I recently became aware of an issue related to Linux Audio that I believe is of interest to this thread.
Please take a look at this article: http://superpowered.com/androidaudiopathlatency/#axzz3bTmc8Dl8 Ostensibly, it describes a problem inherent in Android related to a latency issue with audio input and output. You may question why I am talking about Android here when Picoreplayer is based on the Tinycore Linux distro and not Android. Well, I have come to understand the this latency problem applies to every Linux derivative which includes Tinycore and Android! I realize that the article focuses on both input and output but I believe there is some relevancy to our discussion here. I also understand that this is a kernel problem so ultimately it falls into Mr. Torvalds lap to fix.
