Hello everybody,
I'm a beginner with pi core player but I'm very happy with this
solution.
I have a raspberry 2 with 2 usb dac, picoreplayer is in version
v1.19l_RPi2.
I try to configure my picore player to stream 6 streams with 3 dac. I
want to create 6 slave ALSA MONO card. When I try to create these mono
card I can't see it in my alsamixer or with aplay -l
MY asound.conf
#use you own ALSA settings below
pcm.!default {
type plug
slave.pcm hw
}
tc@piCorePlayer:~$ aplay -t
aplay: option requires an argument -- 't'
Try `aplay --help' for more information.
tc@piCorePlayer:~$ aplay -l

Now I can create 3 picoreplayers without problem with my 3 physical
dac:
/mnt/mmcblk0p2/tce/squeezelite-armv6hf -n "1" -o sysdefault:CARD=ALSA -a
80:::0 -m b8:27:eb:14:5d:36 -s 10.10.0.100 &
/mnt/mmcblk0p2/tce/squeezelite-armv6hf -n "2" -o front:CARD=Set,DEV=0 -a
80:4:: -m b8:27:eb:14:5d:38 -s 10.10.0.100 &
/mnt/mmcblk0p2/tce/squeezelite-armv6hf -n 3 -o front:CARD=Set_1,DEV=0 -a
80:4:: -m b8:27:eb:14:5d:39 -s 10.10.0.100
If you have got a asound which work with virtual mono card, i'm very
interesting about it.
Have a good day
