@furnace It is actually rather strange that you can't hear a difference, because when I tested it (original Pi B, not the B+) the analogue out had so much noise and distortion on it, that it was clearly audible, even on cheap PC speakers. I never tried the analogue out on the model B+ though, maybe they improved it that much? I'm currently running HiFiBerry Digi and Amp+ setups that all work quite well, had the Hifiberry Dac running before and still have three running at my parent's place and they all work very well, even on high-end speakers and high-grade Amp, but never compared it to the Pi B+ or Pi2, just the original.
