Thanks for the report and donation :D I don't know what system you have but my RPi2 with touch-screen starts playing music after 11 sec, Jivelite is ready after 17 sec. (using LAN). I have observed that the VU-Meters use a lot of CPU power, so if you plan to use the VU-Meters in Jivelite I will recommend that you invest in a RPi2 which have much more horsepower than a RPi.
