Other question that come to mind:

1. LMS is writing to log files quite frequently and it is also writing
to its database from time to time. As far as I understood, all these
files reside on the SD card and not in RAM. 
For now I have set all debug levels to off to minimize log file writing.
But is it safe to assume that while running LMS on piCorePlayer we loose
the advantage of not having to properly shutdown PCP ?

2. While I was testing LMS on PCP I made a backup of my configuration to
USB. But the backup process un-mounts the USB drive after backup. When
running LMS this is not what one would want because the music files
reside on the USB drive. Should PCP not check if LMS is running before
un-mounting the USB drive after a backup?
