Beside that I had to patch the I2S driver for the PI.


The HifiBerry DAC+ Pro is the only piggyback I2S-DAC I'm aware of
slaving the RPI I2S with it's own clocks.
That would allow for native 384kHz, if the kernel/Alsa/driver would
support it. 
The codec comes with 384kHz support btw.. There's nothing to patch on
that side.

The marcoc1712 sources I'm using - because of its PCM header support -
don't have your -Z option. 

I'll checkout the Ralphy version. Thx for the hint.
