You already got some possibilities. 
Another option is to download the newconfig file from our sourceforge
repo. 
Then edit this file on any computer, and copy it to the piCorePlayer
sd-card. You can Change the wifi part (and other parts if you want).

Then remove the card and boot your raspberry with this card. During the
first boot pCP will use the info you have been providing here and
hopefully will appear directly at your wlan.
