Indeed There is no $$$ cost but the cost on system performance an or stability made me decide to abandon it. And to be honest, I did not expect any real improvement. I am not an audiophile ,although might have been decades ago. And never had the resources to do the silly things that are done to equipment to make them work better. My personal favourite has always been the spike shaped feet to put under equipment. Quite harmless but an obvious scam. Who ever does want to spend their money on that is willingly donating to the more clever guys who are selling it. But if te acclaimed improvements are described as 'more air around the instruments' it really puts a smile on my face and it does not make me try to get more air around my instrument. I am not into nudism, you see. But let's not wander of too much , as I wouldn't want any moderator to be without a job, or have grounds to correct me. It is on pcp3.02 tweaks and or improvements that might help this product to go forward. If I might suggest one: Can't we get a menu option in to tweak Alsa to swap the right and left channel? I mixed op wiring recently , and networked quick fix would have made me listen to the music i.s.o. doing all casing work all over again. If such a suggestion should be a separate post , next time better. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ M-H's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=66156 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=106252 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
