I use an external DAC via USB 2.0. Let's say I'm playing Internet ratio station X. While it's playing I'm browsing and a chat request comes in. Normally this would cause a "beep" sound but Squeezelite holds the audio stream exclusively so at the time we don't hear it. No problem, but the beep gets queued for playback.
