hi bambadoo, I think you will find you need to update your client. They have been tightening up security on ssh over the last couple of years. We changed from "dropbear" to "openSSH" a couple of versions ago. This enforces a "proper" level of security. As Paul- mentioned, we use putty, scp, ssh and winSCP everyday to develop piCorePlayer.
