Brilliant. Once I'd found my way around the Vi editor I was able to update .filetool.lst and retain my template.
Yes, my reason for switching to PiCorePlayer & LMS was because of the loading and running in memory. Other members of the family need to be able to switch the music player off by throwing a switch, without needing a specific shutdown procedure for the Pi. Thanks for your help.
