bpa and Paul, thanks for following up. Yes, the “normal” WMA files play
just fine on SB3, Boom, and the 2 PiCorePlayers in my system. Only have
problems with these files on “software” players: Squeezeplay on Mac or
Linux computers or iPeng on iPhone or iPad. Would be nice if there’s a
way for server to transcode the WMAs to play them in that situation. 

Otherwise, the LMS system extended now with PiCore players and servers
is wonderful way to enjoy my music!
