Hi Paul

thank you so much for taking your time to support this issue.

Regarding the ACDC Adaptor:
Im using an original Apple 12W adaptor (2.4A)
USB cable from adaptor to Raspberry pi3b+ is 20cm.

VER3.50: ATTACHED IS DIAGNOSTIC FILE OF RASPBERRY STARTUP
WHEN LOOKING ON THE DIAGNOSTIC FILE THERE ARE SEQUENCES IN THE END WITH
UNDER VOLTAGE
2LAST LINES OF DIAGNOSTIC FILE ARE SHOWN BELOW
[ 85.761768] UNDER-VOLTAGE DETECTED! (0X00050005)
[ 98.241681] VOLTAGE NORMALISED (0X00000000)

_WHEN_RUNNING_VER3.5_USB_WORKS_FINE_AND_USB_IS_MOUNTED_EVERY_TIME._

VER4.10: ATTACHED IS DIAGNOSTIC FILE OF RASPBERRY STARTUP
2last lines of diagnostic file are shown below
[ 9.773302] brcmfmac: power management disabled
[ 30.915506] FAT-fs (mmcblk0p1): Volume was not properly unmounted. Some
data may be corrupt. Please run fsck.

VER4.10: ATTACHED IS DIAGNOSTIC FILE OF RASPBERRY STARTUP AND THEN USB
IS UNMOUNTED AND MOUNTED AGAIN
2last lines of diagnostic file are shown below
[ 665.813759] usb 1-1.2: Warning! Unlikely big volume range (=32767),
cval->res is probably wrong.
[ 665.813764] usb 1-1.2: [10] FU [PCM Playback Volume] ch = 1, val =
-32767/0/1

in both Ver4.10 cases the Amanero USB will NOT "lock" to the incoming
USB signal from the Raspberry pi3b+
:-/

attached are all 3pcs diagnostic files. i hope you can help debug from
these log files?

BTW: merry christmas.
