A general point, for the few users who preferred player input in PCM -
the above rules will not transcode to 44100/16 which can sometimes be a
problem as WMA file used to use 48Khz. Flac, Wav and MP3 formats include
headers which means this is not a problem.
Something like the following would look after those cases

I haven't played a WMA internet radio stream in a long time but IIRC
there was something about using $PATH$ rather than $FILE$ but since WMA
stream have more or less disappeared it is probably academic.
