Hi again, thanks bpa for your help: find attached a screenshot of first the LMS Webinterface and second a detailed view of the foobar player. As far as I can see it is recognized correctly. For copy protections I cannot share the file but I cut it and exported about 12secs. Here is the piece (still about 35megs) https://1drv.ms/f/s!Al2Cg0XrL0I-gcEK5kXF_kHtucByxg After all my testing I think that the 32bit floating is the problem. If there would be any chance that either the LMS or squeezelite could convert it I think it would work. I think that is what the Author from Dahpile does (but I am not sure how). About one year ago I used the Transcoding plugin from Marco and could play it correctly. I think the plugin did exactly this conversion. However unfortunately with Ralphs actual release of squeezelite, the Transcoding plugin causes lot of problems. Most of the Audio tracks I have did not play after installing it. So if there is a simple way of conversion form the PCM Floating to PCM signed (32bit is fine no need to convert to 24) than it would be solved I think. Thanks a lot for help and support. S P.S Here are Some more information on DXD: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_eXtreme_Definition You can get more and more of these files from Online shops that sell uncompressed music. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ s25a's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=65256 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97046 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
