But, If you put the name of a mixer device for your card in the -U
option, squeezlite will tell Alsa to set the volume at max.  I'm not
sure if that is max 100% or 0db.   If you put the name of a mixer device
for your card in the -U option, squeezlite will use that mixer to adjust
volume.

Either option, you need to know which mixer control is your digital
volume.
