After setting the jivelite width and height in the webgui, restart jivelite.
Try either Touch Skin (HresxVres) or Grid Skin (HresxVres) that matches the resolution you set in the webgui. These skins use the same code base as the JogglerSkin, the HD skins are the original ones that Triode developed for the CSOS project and I don't maintain them.
