BUMMER! I have the HAT's bigger(?) brother... https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/evaluation-boards/ref_audio_d_ma12070p/ As far as I can tell, the only difference between this and the HAT is the need for it's own PS (up to 26V), and the lack of MSEL0 to easily switch from BTL to PBTL. I did apply 18V to the board and got 9V each on the BTL outputs. It's $60, though. I have my fingers crossed that your kernels will work with this board as well. Sorry about the bad HAT.
