I have an update on my Problem. I believe that I have an intermittent Problem with my USB input on my DAC. I have another DAC just like it and got it to work immediately with the 'iec958:CARD=UD301,DEV=0' Parameter. I then tried this on the original DAC by resetting the Audio Output and Output Device. It would work a few times and then fail. I thought it may be a USB cable, but I now believe that I have a problem with the DAC.... Which prompted me to order a new Topping D90 DAC yesterday.
