Unfortunately, I -think- that'll only work with sound output direct from the Pi -- eg, via a sound card or bluetooth -- as opposed to a signal sent to an SB3. (Basically, you configure the Pi to send the sound output to Alsaeq, which then processes it, and passes it on to the actual output device.) You -can- use Alsaeq with Squeezelite -- see https://scribles.net/enabling-equalizer-on-raspberry-pi-using-alsa-equal-plugin/ -- but I suspect that's because you can configure where Squeezelite takes its input from (ie, the equalizer, instead of straight from a soundcard), which you can't do with an SB3 or similar. *Tech*: Duet x 3, via various hi-fi. LMS on Raspbian 9 (stretch) on a Pi3B+. *Music*: Diverse, from Albinoni to Zappa. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SpiderJon's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=21798 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=112474 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
