12% - do you have an 8-thread CPU? I am on Windows 10 64-bit with x64 squeezelite (1270). Interestingly, streamed/downloaded a 36MB mp3 yesterday with -b 10000:10000 and it stopped 24 minutes of the 36 minutes of the file, same 100% thread usage, paused and then started playing again.
