Hi Paul.
Full ios-update did not work. It loads the latest firmware everytime you
boot with this IOs. Next time booting with PCP the settings are gone. 
What eventually did work is using your scipt via SSH. Rebooting gave a
corruption of the bootloader. After repairing the bootloader by
following the raspberrycub' instructions made everything work again as
intended. Switching off HDMI in pCp gives no problems anymore. So
thanks!
