Pretty sure there are some RPI4's with old firmware causing this HDMI
problem.  Do you know what version you have?

There are instructions on how to update your firmware on a pCP
installation.  Your other option is to download the latest RaspiOS and
do a full update, that will automatically update your firmware too.
