I did try various settings in the Card Control settings area with no difference. Haven't tried SSH into the ALSA settings yet. However I'm traveling right now so it will be next week before I can switch back from HiFiBerry OS to PCP and experiment some more. I'll post results after I experiment some more but was hoping for a quick answer. Not sure why volume would be an issue for this card when it wasn't for the two other HFB DAC cards (standard and +Pro) that I have.
