Im a newbie, but have read some of this long thread. I have a allo usbridge signature with allo digione signature built together. I am running LMS and Squeezelite with ipeng app (which is probably not relevant)
Although I have the software up and running, i was having problems outputting via either digital coaxial or usb. I had tried the allo digioine from the scroll menu on squeezelite settings-Audio output device settings menu. At first it wasnt working, but after a few reboots the audio was outputting via digital coaxial on allo digione signature. But the problem is with distorted noise. i know this is a problem because of a crackling sound. I have just got the player to output audio, but are there some setting i can adjust. I have set audio output to fixed, so that I know it should not distort due to some sort of internal amplification. Please can you advise. Furthermore, since there is no choice in the scroll menu for allo usbridge signature which this version of picoreplayer now supports, i have tried usb out. But it boots to fail. and no audio output. By the way im using rme adi 2 dac. Am I missing something?
