Just read the web page, there is an option to backup all partitions, or just the first two. Only partitioned space is copied. Shrinking partitIons can be a hit and miss process, so I just gzip them to compress the images. Note that gzip is a single threaded process, and can add a long time to large images. If you plan to do this a lot, install the extension pigs.tcz. That is a multithreaded. Gz compression program.....
