I backed up a 32 bit v7.0.1 LMS image of just over 1Gb to the /tmp
folder

Copied it using WinScp to a usb stick,  extracted the .img and used
pishrink to reduce it to just about 165 MB.

Just used Win 32 imager to burn a new card (it failed the verify check)
stuck it in a rpi3b+ and it loaded OK.

Expanded the FS to 500MB, seems good :)
