I believe that Sustainable Software has a OSX version of IPNetRouter that 
is an easy GUI way of setting up you machine for using multiple interfaces 
and for use as a NAT firewall. Their OS8/9 product was/is fabulous. You 
might want to check them out and see if they have a OSX version now.
