No It's a clean 2 gig drive with nothing installed on it. I tried to boot from my OSX cd and I got the "Beach Ball Of Death" I get the broken Mac screen. Any ideas?

The first partition and less then 8 gb issue only applies to the Beige G3 machines . Thank our lucky stars. It was a topic that went on for a while before we found this out.
