Ryan, et al, have not figured out how to hack the sound yet - it only
affects the System Sound Control though - sound usually works in Quicktime,
iTunes. or whatever.

1) Eudora for X. No cost, and I believe it has that feature.

2) Write an AppleScript to make mail fetch and dekiver. Free, but possibly a
serious time investment, depending on your present familiarity with
AppleScript.
