hi!

got a shinny 867mhz duel quicksilver sitting here running 10.2.4

according the system profiler, it's got a philips cd-rw/dvd-rom - can i get
it burn a cd reliably?? can i hell!!

it failed on every attempt using the apple 'burner' so we got toast
titanium. that don't work either! every time we burn a disk, toast crashes
or complains of buffer underrun.

we have given toast a huge scratch disk, 64mb disk cache and tried burning
at the lowest speed possible on the burner. no joy.

should i get in contact with apple about this or is it a known issue with a
fix??

please help - i'm running out of blank cd's!!

cheers,

jake
