my dock is still clear. no problems first (7R62) or second (7R73) time.

Tonight's check of software update shows that the 10.2.8 update is back.
what's the verdict?
IS IT SAFE ? (this time)
Some one else mentioned that APE Managers Clear Dock gets rendered useless. Anyone know if this is still the case?
