Some one else mentioned that APE Managers Clear Dock gets rendered useless. Anyone know if this is still the case?

I've used 10.2.8 with no problems on a Mac B&W G3 networked wo the patch to 1 -S900 G4 running 10.2.6 and a 700MHz iBook with 10.2.6 every since 10.2.8 came out and then disappeared.
No system crashes and only 1 Apple mail crash wo problems there. Don't know about "APE Managers Clear Dock" but dock behavior appears OK.
