I have turned off all the power saving features... and it happens far less frequently, however it still does have this problem. I'm not sure which version of Panther I'm running... in the About This Mac box it just says Mac OS X 10.3. Does that mean it's really just 10.3? Or is there another place to look to find out what version I have
No, about this Mac has always shown the full version, this means you have 10.3.0. You can double-check by running System Profiler (click on the More Info button in About This Mac) and it also gives the full version plus build number in the Software overview.
I'd download and apply the 10.3.9 combo upgrade. -- Bruce Johnson This is the sig who says 'Ni!' -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[email protected]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> iPod Accessories for Less at 1-800-iPOD.COM Fast Delivery, Low Price, Good Deal www.1800ipod.com
