There are quite a few kernel changes under the hood and 10.4 even uses
Apple's new launch instead of an init. It is pretty different. If its
author saw fit to warn about subversions - e.g. "runs on 10.2.3, not
sure about 10.2.4" - then I feel caution is indicated, no?
