In gmail I just click reply on the last message, (such as this thread)

then i fill in:
TO: [email protected]

Then i put my message in the body and click 'send'. I never hit reply, or
reply to all, and it keeps the all message threaded perfectly. Not sure if
other email services let you do this. (though i dont see a subject line to
fill out when I do this, seems like gmail takes care of this for you)

Today, in Utah, we have reference to all these things on the list in one
day:

0. Brotherly love
1. Sisterly love
2. Prophet sharing

Of course one of them was my own mistaken spelling.  Since I mistakenly
mentioned prophet sharing earlier, a little in my defense: "Prophet"
does pass my spelling check her...  Speaking of which:
