I'm kind of bored so I just wanted to jump in, chime in, speak up or whatever. I signed off on a big release yesterday and I'm in that degrading phase of software development where you wait for the QA testers to rip you limb from limb.
As far as all of this mailman, reply-to stuff goes, (at the risk of offending someone) who cares? I'm kind of amazed that this thread has taken off like this. Why not just figure out what works best for you and do that. When I first started using lists, I did like phpninja does and clicked on reply and then changed to: to UPHPU and sent it. Then I read on this list that you could use the reply to all and that saved me from retyping UPHPU all the time. I don't really care what mailman does or how many times someone might get copied or whatever. I have had not any complaints so I guess I'm good with Wade's explanation of things. Like I said, I'm bored and quite apathetic so who cares. -- Scott Hill "May you solve interesting problems" - Author Unknown "A fanatic is one who can't change his mind and won't change the subject." - Sir Winston Churchill _______________________________________________ UPHPU mailing list [email protected] http://uphpu.org/mailman/listinfo/uphpu IRC: #uphpu on irc.freenode.net
