Not sure how up to date you are with mail headers but its a very simple thing to do to have the from and the reply-to different, you could have the from be Jennifer and the reply-to be uphpu. Not hard at all
The ability to munge the headers is not the problem (it can be enabled with the toggling of a single preference). The issue is about whether you should.
