[uportal-dev] portlet rich configuration does not work

I have a problem with trunk - portlets work, but rich configuration does
not work - fails with a kind of NPE. The problem rises exactly at the
moment of clicking on the "Edit rich configuration" link.

Is this expected at the moment or not. Similar problem was fixed
recently, so maybe it is related?
