It is a virtual city where visitors can give a name to a street and create 
there a first text, or visit an existing street and add some other texts, and 
so on.
I created it (in french, sorry) to promote reading and writing for all, free, 
anonymous but moderated.
Some streets are now with multi-voices stories, short or long ones.
A hyper-map metaphor of a real city (world ?) where each one can imagine what 
he wants.
