A user is getting TSNet error 18 (transfer closed prematurely) when downloading a stack from a server on AWS. The same stack is working fine for virtually everyone else, so it's something on her end. We'd like to point her in the right direction, does anyone know why this might happen to a single user out of many, many others?

She's running Windows 10 if that matters. Something must be cutting off the transmission, there's 556 bytes remaining to download when it stops.
