Hi Jacque, An error code of 18 generally indicates that the server reported the transfer would be a certain length, and then it ended up being shorter or longer than expected.
In your user’s case, it sounds like the actual downloaded amount is smaller than it should be? As you have said, given that other users are not having this issue, it doesn’t sound like a problem on the server end... Is there possibly a proxy being used that might be getting in the way?
