Not on Linux. :)

It seems an old bug has regressed - I've filed a new report:
https://quality.livecode.com/show_bug.cgi?id=21574

While the windowBoundingRect is currently ignored for standard style windows on Linux, on MS Windows 10 the maximize behavior works as expected, constrained withing the rect specified in that property. I haven't checked on Mac, but assumed it hasn't broken there; if anyone finds that it has feel free to add a note to that effect in the report.
