What you're asking for is a whole field in itself, not a goal for a development environment. I know someone who has been working on computer AI for 10 or 15 years, trying to parse natural language into meaning, using xtalk as far back as HyperCard. This isn't a detour I want RR to take. But you could. Write it yourself.
