RE: GIF animation problem

Still struggling with this one (buttons whose icons are derived from 
animated GIFs won't animate when the buttons overlap). I got it to 
work by moving the GIFs onto the same card as the buttons and giving 
them locs like (-10000, -10000) so the user can't see them. Heaven 
knows why this makes it work - as a solution it's more or less snake 
oil really.

However this has created another problem that I've never seen before: 
the app works in MacOS9, MacOSX and Windows XP, but consistently 
crashes on Windows 95 with an Invalid Page Fault. I have never heard 
of a RunRev standalone that works in one version of Windows and not 
another.

Can anyone suggest what the problem is?
